By submitting this form, I am committing my school to participate in the 2021 Chicago Online Chess League (COCL). As the team's coach, I will ensure that each of my registered teams will be present each week for their scheduled competitions. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for the safety of my school's participants while taking part in all COCL activities. The Chicago Chess Foundation, or any of it's employees or representatives, is not liable for any actions of the league's participants before, during, or after competition.
